My opinion:
The young boy Kanata is a very perverded guy, who shows his affections to Machi while kissing her, telling her it's her punisment. Machi is a clumsy girl who never had a boyfriend before. Hard to keep a relationship secret when you date the son of your fathers boss! Although it's 3 chapters it's a really good smut story. The oneshot tells sort of the same story, also really good.
